Data controller

ChilloutCamp AS (org. no.: [tbd]), trading as "aihjelp1", is the data controller for personal data collected through aihjelp1.no.

What data we collect

We collect only data you actively provide:

Contact form: name, email, company, message
Founder signup: business name, org. no., email, phone, description
AI chat: message content (stored to improve the service)
Anonymous usage analytics via Plausible (no cookies, no third-party sharing)

Why we use your data

To respond to inquiries
To follow up on Founder applications
To improve the AI assistant
To understand how the site is used (anonymously)

Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How we store your data

All data is stored on servers within the EU/EEA (Supabase, Vercel, Resend). We use SSL/TLS for all transmissions. Data is deleted after 12 months if no active relationship exists.

Cookies

We use no tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics provides anonymous analytics without cookies and without sharing data with third parties.
