About the service

aihjelp1 (operated by ChilloutCamp AS) provides websites and AI tools as a subscription service to businesses and individuals, primarily in Norway.

Subscription

The service is delivered against a monthly subscription. Prices and plans are as listed on aihjelp1.no at the time of order. Prices are stated excl. VAT for businesses. Private individuals pay 25% VAT on top.

Commitment and cancellation

The first 3 months have a minimum commitment. After that the subscription can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. On cancellation the website is taken offline, or you may use the buyout option to retain the code (see below).

The Founder price

Founder customers (the first 20-50) receive the price locked for life: 390 kr per month. This price is never raised, even when standard prices later change. Condition: the subscription must remain continuously active.

Buyout

After the 3-month commitment you can buy out the website code for a one-time amount equal to 3x the annual subscription. You then gain full ownership of the code and can move to other hosting.

Delivery

We build the website within 1-2 weeks after signing. The customer approves the draft before launch. We make unlimited revisions during the build phase via chat.

Content and data

The customer owns all content supplied (text, images, logo). aihjelp1 owns the platform, code and AI tools. On cancellation the customer's data is exported in a standard format.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied during the build, we adjust as long as needed. If you are not satisfied after launch, you can cancel — we require no reason and schedule no follow-up calls.

Limitation of liability

aihjelp1's liability is limited to the subscription amount paid over the preceding 12 months. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (increased sales, more customers, ROI). Uptime is targeted at 99.9% (via Vercel) but not guaranteed.

Changes

Terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced at least 90 days in advance. Price changes never apply to Founder customers.

Governing law

Norwegian law applies. Any disputes are resolved in the Oslo District Court.
